Description
This is a Sources Sought notice. This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of all qualified sources to perform a potential requirement.  Purpose and Objectives: Your responses to the information requested will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method.    NAICS code: 515210 and size standard is $41.5M.   NOTE: Respondent claiming SDVOSB and VOSB status must be registered and CVE verified in VetBiz Registry www.sam.gov.    Project requirements: The contractor is required to supply all labor and expert supervision required to maintain the outside areas as specified in the Statement of Work. Work shall be accomplished at the VA Medical Center, Bowling Campus at 1101 Veterans Drive, Lexington, KY 40502 and Sousley Campus at 2250 Leestown Road, Lexington, KY 40511.    STATEMENT OF WORK PART A GENERAL INFORMATION A.1 INTRODUCTION This requirement is for Cable Television service for the Bowling Campus at 1101 Veterans Drive, Lexington, KY 40502 and Sousley Campus at 2250 Leestown Road, Lexington, KY 40511. A.2 BACKGROUND All cabling and associated equipment was installed on a previous date. A.3 SCOPE OF WORK The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, and material to provide cable television service. STATEMENT OF WORK PART B WORK REQUIREMENTS B.1 Vendor to provide cable television service plus Channel Insertion for the VA Medical Center, Bowling Campus, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week from 10-1-21 through 9-30-22. Vendor to provide cable television service plus Channel Insertion for the VA Medical Center, Sousley Campus, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week from 10-1-21 through 9-30-22. B. 2 Additional tasks: All work must be completed in accordance with local, State and Federal regulations. If any work requires access to Telecom Closets, the contractor will be escorted for the entire duration of work by Engineering Electronics shop.   Information sought: Response to this announcement shall not exceed 5 pages and should include the following information: (1) A tailored capability statement indicating the firm s ability to provide a product and related services; (2) The respondents DUNS number, organization name, address, point of contact, and size and type of business (e.g., SDVOSB/VOSB, etc.,) pursuant to the applicable NAICS code; (3) Information should be provided electronically in a Microsoft Word or Adobe PDF format.     Please e-mail your response with the above information to george.cochran@va.gov with the subject line Sources Sought Notice # 36C24921Q0496 by 1:00pm on 16 August 2021.
