- Description
- The U.S. Embassy in Ukraine has a requirement for Ukrainian and Russian Individual In-Person and Online Language Classes for U.S. Embassy Kyiv Staff.� Please note that this is a combined solicitation for a commercial item, prepared in accordance with the format FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.� This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.� The solicitation number is 19UP3021Q0017 and is issued as a Request for Quotation.� The solicitation/contract will include all applicable provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2021-06.� Items to be acquired: 1) Standard Language Program (Individual In-Person and Online Language Classes) � 9,000 sessions, 2) Intensive Language Program (Individual In-Person and Online Language Classes or Small Group Classes) � 2,400 sessions. The resultant contract will be a fixed-priced Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity for the period of twelve months. Award will be made to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror. We intend to award a contract based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.
