Description

The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency hereby gives notice of their intent to award a contract to Portfolio Media, Inc., 111 W 19th St Fl. 5 New York, NY, 10011-4115 on a Sole Source basis utilizing FAR 13,�Simplified Acquisition procedures in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.� This requirement is for Law360 online licenses for the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC). The licenses provide access to all subject areas covered, including but not limited to Banking, Capital Markets and Consumer Protection. The database will include news stories, court filings and legal analysis; account holders will be able to set up alerts for their topic areas of interest and technical support for customers will be readily available. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; a solicitation document will not be issued. All information received within five days after the date of this notice with pricing and sufficient technical documentation to establish a bona fide capability to meet the requirement will be considered by the OCC. A determination not to compete this proposed contract action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the OCC. Information received will be considered primarily for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
