- TGT-21-125 Intent to Sole Source #SS-TGT-21-125 Subject to final approval, the Bureau of the Fiscal Services (Fiscal Service) on behalf of the Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration (TIGTA) intends to negotiate a sole source procurement in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, to 375 HUD Parking LLC for thirteen (13) secure parking spaces near the TIGTA - HQ location in New York, NY from 10/01/2021 � 9/30/2023 inclusive of a base year and one 12-month option year. Fiscal Service will consider affirmative responses received no later than August 12, 2021 at 12:00�PM ET. Offerors shall respond to this notice if they believe they can provide TIGTA the same Parking as provided by 375 Hud Parking LLC. Responses shall include the name and point of contact information for its company along with a description of the services. No solicitation package will be issued. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. Responses shall be submitted to Purchasing@fiscal.treasury.gov - Attention: RN/JJ. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Please note that the General Services Administration provides the notification service as a convenience and does not guarantee that notifications will be received by all persons on the mailing list. Therefore, we recommend that you monitor the beta.sam.gov site for all information relevant to desired acquisitions.
