Only one responsible source (brand name) and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements as these items are currently the installed throughout the fleet.� US Coast Guard Training Center Yorktown curriculum provides training on discrepancies and troubleshooting techniques to students whom will be required to work on this specific equipment when deployed in the fleet.� � The United States Coast Guard, Training Center (TRACEN) Yorktown, Contracting & Procurement, Yorktown, VA anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price, sole source procurement to MGR EQUIPMENT CORPORATION, 22 GATES AVE, INWOOD, NY 11096, DUNS 080657315, on a sole source basis in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, only one source reasonably available and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The following information is provided. CLIN 001 REFRIGERATOR, SIZE 10, UNDERCOUNTER, MODULAR W/ CASTERS, MODEL ER-10-1368HM; QTY 2 EACH The anticipated award date is on or around 10 August 2021; This notice is not a request for quotation and no solicitation is available.� A determination by the Government not to compete based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.� The Government will not be responsible for any costs associated with the preparation of responses to this notification.� Telephone inquiries will not be accepted. � The following NAICS/PSC/FSC codes apply: 333415- AIR-CONDITIONING AND WARM AIR HEATING EQUIPMENT AND COMMERCIAL AND INDUSTRIAL REFIGERATION EQUIPMENT MANUFACTURING PSC/FSC CODE- 4110 The U.S. Coast Guard intends to establish a single award Contract.
