Description

Notice of Intent to Sole Source Regional Health Contracting Office-Central, Joint Base San Antonio-Fort Sam Houston, Texas intends to award a sole source contract to EOS Imaging Inc. for brand name low-dose X-Ray apparatus weight-bearing imaging system that provides 2D/3D images. EOS Imaging Inc. provides the low-dose X-Ray apparatus weight-bearing imaging system that provides 2D/3D images both standing and/or sitting imaging for patient X-Rays. The imaging system will replace CT 3D reconstruction, weight-bearing upright imaging for spine/lower limb imaging. EOS Imaging Inc. has no authorized distributors. As a result, this requirement will be sole sourced to EOS Imaging Inc. Cage: 8Q4D9 4980 Constellation DR Saint Paul, Minnesota 55127. This will be awarded under the authority FAR 13.501(a)(1)(ii), sole source (including brand name) under the authority of the simplified procedures for certain commercial items. �Award will be made on or about 06 September 2021. The primary NAICS code for the requirement is 334517 with a size standard of 1000 employees. This notice is neither a request for quotes nor a solicitation of offers; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency for future requirements.
