- Notice of Intent Sole Source - DATACAMP, INC. The United States Coast Guard (USCG) intends to negotiate, on a sole source basis, a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) award to DATACAMP, INC., Address: 350 5TH AVE STE 7720, New York, New York 10118-0110. This procurement is being conducted under simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Parts 12 and 13. The purpose of the acquisition is to purchase internet-based interactive user training to provide Coast Guard Economists continuous (24/7) access to interactive lessons and training content to learn how to write SQLTM, R, and PythonTM script. This action is being taken in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b). A determination by the Government to not compete this proposed requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government does not intend to pay for information provided in response to this notice. This notice serves as both a synopsis of the requirement and public notice of the USCG's intent to sole source. Written responses to this notice shall contain sufficient documentation to establish a bona fide capability to fulfill this requirement. All responses shall be submitted to the Contract Specialist, Roland Lim via email to Roland.Lim@uscg.mil by 5:00 pm Eastern Time (ET) on 12 AUG 2021 reference no. 70Z02321QMRS02400. As a result of this notice, a separate award notice or further public notices shall not be made. This notice constitutes all of the USCG's public notice requirements.
