- Description
- The purpose of Amendment 0002 to SIR 6973GH-21-R-00102 is to extend the close date of the SIR and add new attachment for SIR. The purpose of Amendment 0001 to SIR 6973GH-21-R-00102 is to re-open the SIR, extend the close date of the SIR and modify the SIR and SIR Attachments 1 and 2. The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center (MMAC), Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, has a requirement for Reliability and Probability Training for Flight Standards and Aircraft Certification Airworthiness Inspectors / Engineers employed by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). The FAA contemplates award of an Indefinite Delivery/Requirements type contract with 1-year base period with four (4), 1-year option periods. The award will be made to the vendor with the lowest priced technically acceptable proposal. NO PHONE CALLS PLEASE. ALL QUESTIONS MUST BE IN WRITING AND EMAILED TO THE CONTRACTING SPECIALIST. CONTACT INFORMATION BELOW. All interested sources should first attempt to download the attached SIR and supporting document(s). If downloading is not possible, all request for copies of the SIR documents(s) must be made in writing to the attention of Gib Park, Contracting Specialist (AAQ-732), via e-mail at gilbert.n.park@faa.gov. Any and all questions pertaining to this SIR should be submitted in writing to the contract specialist at, gilbert.n.park@faa.gov by 3:00 p.m. CST on April 21, 2021 to allow for adequate response time. No questions will be allowed after that date and time. Technical and cost proposals must be received by the FAA no later than 5:00 P.M. CST, May 6, 2021.� Proposals must be submitted electronically to gilbert.n.park@faa.gov, and addressed with the SIR Number 6973GH-21-R-00102. All submittals will need to allow sufficient time to process through security procedures in place at the Aeronautical Center. In accordance with SIR Section L provision 3.2.2.3-14 entitled, ""Late Submissions, Modifications, and Withdrawals of Submittals,"" any proposals received after the due time and date of 5:00 p.m. CST, May 6, 2021, will not be considered. In addition, if all requested information is not furnished in the offeror's proposal, the offeror's proposal may be determined to be non-responsive and ineligible for consideration for contract award. The SIR/RFO is not to be construed as a contract or a commitment of any kind. The Government shall not be liable for payment of any costs attributed to the preparation and submission of requested proposal documentation.
