United States Department of Agriculture U.S. Government United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) seeks to lease the following space: City, State: Henderson, KY County: Henderson Delineated Area: N: City limits of Henderson, KY E: City limits of Henderson, KY S: City limits of Henderson, KY W: City limits of Henderson, KY Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 3,229 SF Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 3,390 SF Rentable Square Feet (RSF): 3,874 SF Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 29 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 3 Full Term: Up to 20 Years Firm Term: 3 Years Termination Rights: 120 days� notice in whole or in part Additional Requirements: Pull through parking for trucks, trailers, and semi- trucks with turn around radius. The space offered, its location, and its surroundings must be compatible with the Government�s intended use. The Government wishes to lease space in an existing building, or in a building to be constructed for the Government�s use. Preferred first floor, contiguous space that meets accessibility requirements. Additional parking spaces may be located on-site and/or within 1/4 of a mile of the premises, pedestrian accessible. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100- year flood plain.
