This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation will be open for less than 30 days, in accordance with FAR 5.203(b). Request for Quotation (RFQ) number is N66604-21-Q-0718. This Request for Quotation and subsequent order is being solicited as small business set aside, as concurred by the NUWCDIVNPT Office of Small Business Programs. This solicitation requires active registration with the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award, pursuant to applicable regulations and guidelines. In accordance with DFARS Clause 252.211-7003, the contractor shall provide a unique item identifier (UID) for all delivered items for which the Government�s unit acquisition cost is $5,000.00 or more. The Government has determined that an Electronic and Information Technology (EIT) Section 508 exception applies. Electronic Payment through Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) will be used. This requirement will be awarded to the offeror with the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) quote. In order to be determined technically acceptable: Quote the required items, meeting the brand name requirements, in the required quantities; Provide proof that all items are shipped from the US; and; All resellers shall provide proof of original equipment manufacturer (OEM) authorized reseller status. Status will be verified by the Government prior to award. NOTE: Items shall be sourced directly from the OEM and/or OEM authorized channels only. Clause 52.204-24 must be filled out and returned (Attachment #3). Quotes should include price, delivery, any applicable delivery charges, and the following additional information: point of contact information (including phone number and email address) and contractor CAGE code. Quotes must be received on or before 16 August 2021 at 1400 Eastern Standard Time (EST). Quotes received after this date are late and may not be considered for award.
