- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number is 6000163295 and being issued at a Request For Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-04. The North American Industry Classification System code is 334418. �Section B of the attached solicitation document outlines commercial items requested. All amendments will be provided through Beta.Sam.gov. Deliverables To The Following UNICOR Factory: Federal Prison Industries 37940 North 45th Avenue Phoenix, Arizona 85086-7058 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition. 52.212-2, Evaluation �Commercial Items is applicable.� The Government will award to the responsible quoter(s) whose quote, conforming to the solicitation, is most advantageous to the Government based on Best Value. Best Value will be determined by evaluating each quotation for one or more of the following: Price, Technically Acceptable, Delivery (ARO), and Past Performance. 52.212.3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items shall be completed and submitted with your offer. 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. This solicitation may result in DO rated orders.
