Description

This solicitation is made by Fiscal Service Procurement on behalf of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) as a 100% Small Business set-aside for the purchase of Brand Name, Apptopia Mobile Intelligence Data Platform licenses as described in the Attachment B � Pricing Sheet. This requirement is a 100% Small Business set-aside to Small Business vendors utilizing NAICS code 541519.� The Government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed-price contract resulting from this solicitation to the Lowest Priced, Technically Acceptable (LPTA) vendor. Vendors must be Authorized Re-sellers of Apptopia to be considered. In addition to the quotation for the specifications, all information required on the clause package, including any quotation instructions to vendors, must be completed and included with your quote. Any questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted via email to: Purchasing@fiscal.treasury.gov and cc: Braden.Sanner@fiscal.treasury.gov referencing RFQ # CFP-41100-21-0010 in the subject line, Attn. BS/MC. Questions shall be submitted no later than 12:00 pm EST on Thursday, August 12, 2021. Interested offerors shall submit their quotation in writing via email to: Purchasing@fiscal.treasury.gov and cc: Braden.Sanner@fiscal.treasury.gov no later than 12:00pm EST on Wednesday, August 18, 2021. Be sure to include RFQ # CFP-41100-21-0010, Attn. BS/MC in the subject line to ensure prompt and proper distribution.
