Responses should include a narrative with the experience working with the FAA and human factors job analysis and tools. As part of the market research, the FAA is requesting a Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) estimate. �Responses must be received no later than 3:00 P.M, Central Standard Time on August 25, 2021. **** The purpose of Modification 0002 is to replace the Statement of Work dated August 2, 2021 with revised Statement of Work dated August 5 2021. Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Aviation safety Civil Aerospace Medical Institute (CAMI) Human Factors Research Division/Aerospace Medical Research Division Formal Market Survey Seeking Interested and Capable Sources to provide Job Analysis/Ability to Upgrade Tool General Information: The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Aviation Safety Civil Aerospace Medical Institute (CAMI) Human Factors Research Division, (AAM-500)/Aerospace Medical Research Division (AAM-600) �is conducting Sources Sought Market Survey �seeking Interested and Capable Parties to provide technical and management support for tasks identified in the draft SOW with timely delivery The Contractor must: Detail the best job analysis methodology recommendations, including, but not limited to, supporting data influencing and recommendations. Explain alternative approaches, Develop written processes for data collection and data analysis methods, Develop all materials used to conduct the job analysis, Update the Career Maps for both service units including updated linkages in the Career Map Tool for all impacted positions, and The job analysis must be conducted using FAA provided SMEs from multiple Service Units (SUs) to evaluate position profile content to ensure programs developed from this work are able to be utilized across the ATO. The results of this market survey will used to determine acquisition strategy in support of an award. The North American Industry Classification System code for this requirement has yet to be determined.� All interested parties are advised that the FAA will not pay for any information or any administrative costs incurred that are associated with any response received from industry in response to this Market Survey/Request for Information.� Therefore, any costs associated with Market Survey/Request for Information submissions will be solely at the interested party�s expense. Response to this Market Survey: Any information provided under this market survey is for informational purposes only and will not be released.� Any proprietary information submitted will be protected if appropriately marked.� No evaluation of vendors will occur and vendor participation in any informational session is not a promise of future business with the FAA. All responses (one response per company) are to be provided on company letterhead.� No type font less than 12-point may be used.� Responses should include a narrative with the experience working with the FAA and human factors job analysis and tools.� Responses must be received no later than 3:00 P.M, Central Standard Time on August 12, 2021.� The preferred method of response is to include:� � The FAA prefers a capability statement to include Business Size, including any SBA socioeconomic designations (SDVOSB, 8(a), etc.), Point of Contact with phone number and email and all other submittals, including questions, be submitted electronically to the following email address: kimberly.sites@faa.gov.� �Please submit in a portable document format (pdf); however, Microsoft Word is acceptable.� This is a market survey only and should not be construed as a contract or a commitment of any kind.
