Description

The Regional Health Contracting Office-Central, JBSA - Fort Sam Houston,�Texas intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price sole source contract to Advanced Accelerator Applications USA, Inc., 57 E Willow St, Millburn, NJ 07041-1416.� The contractor shall provide FDA approved product: NETSPOT Gallium Ga-68 Dotatate and LUTATHERA Lutetium LU-177 Dotatate to the patients at the San Antonio Military Medical Center (SAMMC), JBSA - Fort Sam Houston, Texas.� The period of performance will be one year (1 October 2021 - 30 September 2022). The statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition is 41 United States Code 1901 as implemented in Federal Acquisition Regulation 13.501(a)(1)(ii), sole source (including brand name) under the authority of the simplified procedures for certain commercial items. The applicable North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 325412, Pharmaceutical Preparation Manufacturing, 1250 employees.� The anticipated award date is on or about 1 September 2021. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS.� A formal solicitation will not be published unless it is determined in the best interest of the Government to do so.� However, all responses received, to include capability statements received before close of business 17 August 2021 will be considered by the Government.� A determination by the Government not to compete the solicitation is solely within the discretion of the Government.� Information received will normally be considered soley for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
