Description: THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO EXERCISE THE OPTION UNDER FAR 52.217-8, OPTION TO EXTEND SERVICES.� This action�will result in a modification to the Contract NNK16OM16P with United Launch Services, LLC,� 9501 E. Panorama Circle, Centennial, CO 80112-3401.� This option exercise will be at the current rates specified in the contract and will extend the period of performance to March 4, 2022.� The total value of the six-month extension is $205,909.00.� This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.� This notice is required because the option to extend services was not synopsized in the original award notice to this contract.
