Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source. The Regional Health Contracting Office-Central, JBSA - Fort Sam Houston, Texas intends to award a Firm- Fixed-Price sole source contract to Perfusion Resources Network, under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.501(a)(1)(ii), sole source, for Custom Carmeda Coated H-L Kit in Trace Cart -Rev # 13, which are used for heart surgeries in the DOS Department at San Antonio Military Medical Center (SAMMC), Joint Base �Fort Sam Houston, Texas.at San Antonio The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 339113, Surgical Appliance and Supplies Manufacturing. The Small Business Size Standard is 750 employees. Award will be made on or after 13 August 2018. The solicitation number is W81K0021Q0183, and is generated for the purposes of posting this notice. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. All responses received, to include capability statements, by 12 August 2021-11:00AM CST of the posting of this notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete the interim purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
