- Amendment 2 The purpose of�Amendment 2 is to update the following sections of the AFP: Section 3.2.1.2 and 3.2.2.2: Revised the previous reference to appendices D-F to now reflect appendices 4-6. Section 5.2: Revised language stating the submittal of a glossary of acronyms will not be included within the�proposal page counts. Section 5.3: Revised the provided example file names for proposal submittal. Section 5.4.2: Clarified the requirement to submit Appendix 2 � Price Summary Template, by Government fiscal year. Released �Batch 1� of final AFP Questions and Answers An updated Announcement for Proposals (AFP) reflecting these changes is included within the attachments section. Amendment 1 The purpose of Amendment 1 is to extend the proposal submission date from August 20, 2021 to September 3, 2021 at 5:00 PM Eastern Time. An updated Announcement for Proposals (AFP) reflecting this change is included within the attachments section. Communications Services Project (CSP)�Final Announcement for Proposals (AFP) This AFP�solicits proposals for the development and demonstration phase of the CSP.� NASA intends to establish multiple partnerships between NASA and commercial SATCOM companies to develop and demonstrate end-to-end operational capabilities that can potentially meet the needs of both Government and private sector customers.� These partnerships are intended to bolster American industry, significantly reduce the cost of communication services, and maximize interoperability between Government and commercial service providers while promoting a diverse commercial market. CSP will work with the commercial market to identify requirements and explore opportunities that may be mutually beneficial to the Government and industry.�� Please see the attached final AFP documentation for further details.
