Description

The purpose of this amendment is to extend the close date and time and to answer additional questions. The due date and time are hereby extended from 8/12/2021 @4PM to 8/17/2021 @4PM. The questions and answers are listed below with answers in red text. The work shall be performed under the supervision and approval of a Registered Professional Electrical Engineer. Our PE is not licensed in multiple states but not in OH. Is registration in OH a requirement? Ohio PE is not required.  A current PE in at least one state is required. Must this project be awarded to a minority owned entity? There is no requirement for minority owned, however, the set-aside is for SDVOSB concerns. May we participate in the weekly progress meetings remotely or is it required that our representative is in person?  Remote participation is acceptable. I appreciate any clarification you can provide on these items. Additionally, if clarification has been provided to other bidders may have access to this information? Every question received in email communication is presented with answers in solicitation amendments so they are available to all interested parties. We are respectfully requesting an extension be made in regards to this solicitation due to the information just being made available. Please see above.
