- This synopsis is hereby issued in accordance with FAR Part 5.201. The purpose of this synopsis is to announce the Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Pacific's intent to award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis to Brandywine Communications, DUNS 079751663, CAGE Code 7CP68, of 1609 E. Mcfadden Ave, Santa Ana, CA. 92705. The requirement is for Brandywine Communications services for Modular Master Clocks (MMC) Master Generation Units (MGU) repairs. **ITEMS** Repairs will be for Serial Numbers: 43533, 43531, 43530 and 43536. The Government intends to negotiate solely with Brandywine Communications under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b), Only one source capable of meeting the Government's requirement. FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures and FAR part 12 Acquisition of Commercial items, applies. The applicable NAICS Code is 811213 and the size standard is $12,000,000.00. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any responsible source believing that it can fulfill the requirement may submit a quote, may be considered by the Government. Comments, questions or concerns regarding this notice may be submitted via e-mail ONLY to Javier.b.soria@navy.mil by 13 August 2021, 03:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST). All responses received by this date may be considered by the Government for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. To respond to this announcement, you must be registered to the NIWC E-Commerce website at https://e-commerce.sscno.nmci.navy.mil and upload your inquiry under NIWC Pacific/Simplified Acquisitions/N66001-21-Q-6500. All responding vendors must be registered to the System for Award Management (SAM). Information can be found at https://www.sam.gov.
