Description

Contractor shall furnish all labor, material, engineering expertise and supervision needed to replace the SPS Air Handler System for building 1. This work will be located at the Robley Rex VA Medical Center, 800 Zorn Ave Louisville, KY 40206. This will be a 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business concerns under the authority of 38 U.S.C section 8127 (d). NAICS code 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, is applicable to this requirement. The small business size standard is $39.5M. The estimated range of construction is Between $2,000,000 and $5,000,000. This requirement will be procured in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 15.101-1 Tradeoff Process.
