Original Set Aside: Full and Open Competition (FAR 6.1) Product Service Code: X1GD � Group X � Lease/Rent Facilities NAICS Code: 493120 � Refrigerated Warehousing and Storage Place of Performance: Jacksonville, FL 30234 USA Description The National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration, (NOAA), National Marine Fisheries Service, (NMFS), Office of Law Enforcement (OLE), is soliciting quotes for Cold Storage Services to include storage, on-site processing, and transport of perishable property within the Jacksonville FL, area in accordance with the Statement of Work. The proposed award is full and open competition. The associated NAICS code is 493120, Refrigerated Warehousing and Storage, with a size standard of 30.0M. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) and incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-06, effective June 10, 2021. The RFQ is issued in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 13 via the Sam.Gov website http://www.sam.gov. The solicitation number is A003_1333MF21QNFFK0051. �Hard copies of the RFQ will not be issued. Firms offering a response to this notice shall ensure that they are registered in the System for Award�Management (SAM), www.sam.gov, prior to submission of proposals. All vendors doing business with the Government are required to be registered with the SAM. �Award will not be issued to vendors not actively registered within SAM. �For additional information and to register in SAM, please access the following web site:� https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. In order to register with the SAM and be eligible to receive an award from this acquisition office, all offerors shall also have a Dun & Bradstreet Number. A Dun & Bradstreet number may be acquired free of charge by contacting Dun & Bradstreet online at: http://www.dnb.com/ or by phone at (866) 705-5711. The anticipated award date is on or about August 30, 2021. This acquisition will be awarded as a firm fixed price order under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13 (Commercial Acquisition). All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Quotes must be submitted via electronic means (e-mail) by 11:00 A.M. Eastern on August 23, 2021. Quotes must be submitted electronically via e-mail to manuel.ponce@noaa.gov. All questions must be submitted in writing to manuel.ponce.@noaa.gov by 12:00 P.M. Eastern on August 20, 2021.
