Bid opening results:� Abstract of Bids attached Amendment 0005:��The purpose of this amendment is to provide a phasing summary for clarification to Offerors. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. Amendment 0004:��The purpose of this amendment is to update the Liquidated Damages amount. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. Amendment 0003:��The purpose of this amendment is to provide the Government's responses to the inquiries received during the Request f or Information (RFI) period. Corresponding documents updated in accordanced w ith Government responses. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. Amendment 0002:�The purpose of this amendment is to extend the of fer due date. Offer due date changed from 29 July 2021 to 10 August 2021 at 10:00 AM EDT. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. Amendment 0001:��The purpose of this Amendmnet (0001) is to extend the RFI due date from 9 July 2021 to 13 July 2021 at 1100 AM. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. See attached solicitation and attachments for full detail of requirement. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Baltimore District (NAB), has been tasked to solicit for and award construction services for the Renovation of Building 320 located at Letterkenny Army Depot, Chambersburg, PA. The proposed project will be a competitive 8(a), firm-fixed-price, contract procured in accordance with FAR 14, Sealed Bidding, via an Invitation for Bid (IFB).
