Location: National Park Service Latitude 48*35 '43.5546.96' N longitude 118*06 '47.03 'W Lake Roosevelt National Recreational Area, Kettle Falls North District 1368 Kettle Park Road Kettle Falls Washington 99141 RSVP to Andy Steinert, Project Manager, Email: andy_steinert@nps.gov The Solicitation closing date remains 1700 PS on August 23, 2021. Request for Quotations #140P8321Q0064 is a project that will replace the old copper telecom T1 line with updated Fiber Optic Cable. The project consists of running Fiber Optic Cable from the telco phone box located approximately 2 miles north to the maintenance/administration building and will terminate. The switch in the terminated server room will have fiber running from building to building. There will be a need to install new fiber to the concessions/law enforcement area and the fire house. There will be patch panels, switches and new drops installed in these locations. The existing fiber between the buildings will be replaced with new upgraded fiber. The end product will provide better telecommunications, and computer systems for all the buildings. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, supplies, materials, permits, insurance, fees, lodging and transportation, per-diem, (including barge services) and the disposal if any waste generated by this project to perform the work. A staging area will be determined during the preconstruction meeting at the work site. Electrical power, water and restrooms are available. Target work period must be completed within 120 days after Notice to proceed. Days listed herein refer to calendar days. DETAILS: This is a best value procurement set-aside for small business concerns in accordance with FAR Part 19.5. The NAICS code for this project is 238210, Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors. To qualify as a small business under this NAICS code, the firm must be organized as for-profit, with average annual gross revenue for the past three years under $16.5 million. All work will be performed under a single firm fixed price contract subject to the Contract Wage Requirements (Construction). In accordance with FAR Part 36.204, the estimated magnitude of construction is between $100,000 and $250,000. Prior to the solicitation closing date and time, the prime contractor's (quoter's) SAM registration status must be ""Active"" at www.SAM.gov.
