The NCO 12, Great Lakes Acquisition Center, 115 S. 84th Street, Suite 101, Milwaukee, WI 53214, is performing market research to determine if there is a sufficient number of qualified: (1) Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB); (2) Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB); or (3) Small or emerging small business firms, or (4) Other Than Small business firms, to provide Security Xray Inspection System for the Jesse Brown VAMC. General Requirements: BRAND NAME (ASTROPHYSICS XIS-6040) OR EQUAL Salient Characteristics: a. Overall height not to exceed 125 cm b. Overall width not to exceed 85 cm c. Overall Length not to exceed 144 cm d. Operating temperature from 32 degrees to 105 degree Fahrenheit e. Must be compliant with USFDA Center for Devices and Radiation Health Standards for Cabinet X-Ray Systems (21 CFR 1020.40) f. Conveyor speed 45 ft/min forward and reverse g. Conveyor height must be 28 to 29 inches from floor. h. Conveyor capacity from 300-400 lbs evenly distributed load i. Beam direction must be diagonally upward. j. Tube current must be .7 mA k. Display resolution must be 1280 x 1024; 24 bit/pixel color l. Duty cycle must be 100 percent no warm up procedure required. m. Film safety must be guaranteed up to ISO 1600 (33 DIN) n.
