Description
Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 5, is issuing this source sought notice in order to identify entities that could provide the following: two Neurodiagnostic systems to include installation and training. Description of products and services: The first system is an electromyography (EMG) system that includes 1-2 channel amplifier, a stimulator, two probes, MDM electrode kit, temperature probe (1m) with computer system, monitor, cart to include any holders or brackets needed, integrated ultrasound with probe 7.5-15.0 Mhz and footswitch for the ultrasound. As part of the first system also provide and compatible with the EMG portion an electroencephalogram system (EEG)32 channels with storage rates of 250 or 500 Hz to include camera pole, IR camera and photic arm with its own computer to include keyboard, mouse, and monitor, cart with any brackets to also include UPS. The complete neurodiagnostic system must include manuals, any software licenses, archiving or data management needed to operate systems. The system must also have 1 year warranty and service for the first year. The second system is an electromyography (EMG) system that includes 1-2 channel amplifier, a stimulator, two probes, MDM electrode kit, temperature probe (1m) with computer system, monitor, cart to include any holders or brackets needed, integrated ultrasound with probe 7.5-15.0 Mhz and footswitch for the ultrasound. The second system must also include: manuals, any software licenses, archiving or data management needed to operate system. The system must also have 1 year warranty and service for the first year. All systems must be new, no gray market systems. The two systems will require on-site installation and training for up to four individuals. Service calls need to be able to be answered within 8 hours. Technical Qualifications: Contractor must either be manufacturer or an authorized distributor with letter from manufacturer stating that firm is an authorized dealer or distributor of products/services. Interested & Capable Responses: NCO 5 is seeking responses from entities that are interested in this procurement and consider themselves to have the resources, capabilities and qualifications necessary to provide the products and services described above. Please respond with your: 1. Business name, business type, socio-economic status (e.g., Veteran-Owned, Woman-Owned, Disadvantaged Small Business, 8(a), etc.), and person of contact (including telephone number & email address). 2. Capability statement and summary of previous experience providing these types of products and services for the Veterans Health Administration or other similar healthcare entities. Responses must be submitted by 9:00am (Eastern) August 17, 2021. Responses to the request for information must be submitted via email to alison.klein@va.gov. This request for information/sources sought notice is for planning purposes ONLY. The results of this market research will assist in the development of (1) the requirement, and (2) the acquisition strategy (e.g., small business set-aside, full and open competition, etc.).
