- Description
- This is a Request for Information (RFI) for Market Research Purposes to determine sources and availability of Apple iPad Pro IT Hardware for use as Electronic Technical Order (e-TO) tablets as well as alternative products that meet the requirements to be used as e-TO tablets. The USAF is planning to update approximately 36,000 tablets over the next three years and is working to establish guidance for the purchase of compliant Apple iPad Pro or other tablets. �The e-TO tablets must be compliant to the DISA Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG): Apple OS/iPad OS 14 STIG - Ver 1, Rel 1, as a minimum, or compliant to a similar STIG for a different tablet. �In addition, they should include maximum memory and processing capability. �They need to be limited to Wi-Fi only. �The USAF would like to obtain information on the specific potential vendors, contract sources, iPad Pro or other products and pricing to support our market analysis. �Responses are due by 25 August 2021 @ 1:00 PM CT.
