- The contract was originally awarded on 7/19/21 for all Mandatory and Optional Items 1-7.�Due to a funding shortfall that was not initially apparent, award was put on hold almost immediately after the sam.gov notice was posted and revised/re-issued on 8/11/21 for all Mandatory Items 1-2 and Optional Items 4-7.� Option Item 3 was deleted from the awarded items.� Due to a system issue, the ""Contract Line Item Number"" field in sam.gov would not accept a non-sequential entry and therefore was left as 1-7.
