At the Intersection of Route 610 and Route 643 turn right (North) on Route 643 and go to Aquia Creek (a closed MCBQ Gate). At the Intersection of Route 643 and Aquia Creek head East on Aquia Creek to US-1. At the intersection of Aquia Creek and US-1 head South to the intersection of US-1 and Garrisonville Road. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 26,210 Maximum Sq. Ft. The building must comply with Unified Facilities Criteria 4-010-01, DoD Minimum Antiterrorism Standards for Buildings and Unified Facilities Criteria 4-010-02, DoD Minimum Antiterrorism Standoff Distances for Buildings. Interested parties must provide the name of the building, address, location of available space, rentable square feet offered, and contact information of authorized representative. All interested parties must either submit evidence of ownership or written authorization to represent the owner(s).
