- This is the Solicitation for the MC-130H ASQ-204 Control and Display System Depot Test Stations. The NAICS code for this effort is 336413.� The Special Operations Forces/Personnel Recovery (SOF/PR) System Program Office (SPO) has a requirement for technical sustainment support services of the ASQ-204 depot test station. Based off information received when conducting the Request For Information / Sources Sought, FA8509-21-ASQ204, released on 27 Jan 2021 with responses due 26 Feb 2021 and documented in the subsequent formal Market Research Report, this acquisition is to hereby be awarded IAW FAR 6.302-1 as a SOLE SOURCE acquisition. �Additionally, sub-contracting opportunities may be available by contacting the following: Honeywell International, Inc. 21111 N 19th Avenue Phoenix, AZ 85027 Large Business Cage: 07187 Honeywell International, Inc. is a leading global provider of integrated avionics for aircraft manufacturers in defense, civil aviation, and commercial markets.� Honeywell International, Inc. is the OEM of the ASQ-204 CDS as well as the depot test station used to troubleshoot the individual ASQ-204 CDS LRUs.� Honeywell International, Inc. provides repair services for their products at their Phoenix Service Center.� Honeywell International, Inc. has the personnel, equipment, and expertise to repair the ASQ-204 CDS and the depot test station as they have been the sole-source repair of the ASQ-204 CDS since the system was fielded with the MC-130H in 1992. Honeywell International owns all the data to perform the required services, the Government does not own any related data to this requirement. The components needed to satisfy this requirement cannot be identified at this time. Honeywell International, Inc. possess the repair data, capabilities, and experience to meet qualification requirements to engineer non-standard repairs to overcome obsolete out of production replacement parts of the MC-130H Combat Talon II (CTII) ASQ-204 Control and Display System (CDS) depot test station.� This service requirement will provide support for three depot test sets used by Honeywell International, Inc. to troubleshoot and repair the ASQ-204 CDS.� These services include engineering, Contract Data Requirement List (CDRL) deliverables, software and hardware development and maintenance, technical support, sourcing and procuring parts for repair and overhaul of depot test station.� The goal is to sustain the depot test station in order to maintain repair capability of the CTII ASQ-204 CDS until aircraft retirement currently estimated in late FY23/early FY24. Headquarters Air Force Special Operations Command/Chief of Staff Memorandum for Record (HQ AFSOC/COS MFR), 08 Feb 21, provides HQ AFSOC/Commander approval for retirement of the MC-130H fleet in FY23/24. The Period of Performance (PoP) will be a twelve-month basic with one (1) twelve-month option and the addition of FAR 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services clause (2 years and 6 months maximum based on current knowledge/mission requirements)..
