Description

This is a solicitation notice for base wide paving repair, replacement, and minor construction of pavements including roads, housing area streets, parking lots, and airfield pavements at Ellsworth AFB. �The solicitation will result in one firm-fixed price requirements type contract. This acquisition is a 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 237310 with a size standard of $39,500,000.00 in annual revenue. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, transportation, and supplies to performing base-wide paving repair, replacement, and minor construction of pavements including roads, housing area streets, parking lots, and airfield pavements at Ellsworth AFB.� The specific description of work will be identified in each individual task order.� All work shall be performed in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local rules/laws, to achieve and maintain economical, safe, sanitary, operational and undeteriorated conditions. The proposed contract award date is 1 May 2022 and the proposed contract start date is 10 May 2022. Contractors submitting a proposal must have a Cage Code and be registered in the System of Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov. Registration requires applicants to have a DUNS number from Dunn & Bradstreet. The contracting office for this requirement is the 28th Contracting Squadron, 1000 Ellsworth Street, Suite 1200, Ellsworth AFB, SD 57706.
