- Amendment 1 - This amendment is to correct the MITRE email address for the Defense Information Security System (DISS) visit request. THIS IS NOT A NOTICE OF SOLICITATION ISSUANCE The NAVAL AIR SYSTEMS COMMAND (NAVAIR), Program Executive Office for Airborne Strategic Command, Control, and Communication (PEO (A) PMA-271) is issuing this announcement for an informational Classified Industry Day for the TACAMO Recapitalization Program. The objective of this event is to enhance Government-industry communication, provide further information on the program, and provide an opportunity for meetings between industry and Government personnel. �� DETAILS ON CLASSIFIED INDUSTRY DAY: The Classified Industry Day will take place on Tuesday, 24 August 2021 at the MITRE Corporation at 7596 Colshire Drive, Building 4, McLean, VA 22102-7539 from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Eastern�Time. The agenda is provided as Attachment 1 �Industry Collaborative Exchange Agenda.�� � One-on-one discussions will also take place at the same location on Wednesday, 25 August 2021 upon participant request. ATTENDANCE INFORMATION: Classified Industry Day is open to companies that have developed or are developing new and innovative capabilities to act in a role as a Prime Lead System Integrator (LSI). Only contractors performing a current DoD contract containing a DD254 will be allowed to attend the meeting. The Day one events will be held at the Secret Level with no foreign nationals permitted. Day two one-on-one discussions will be at the Secret Level with no foreign nationals permitted, with the potential for Top Secret Level discussions. Only those with validated, proper clearances and citizenship will be permitted to attend. Day two one-on-one meetings schedule will be distributed to participants at a later time after registration has closed. One-on-one meetings will be individually scheduled for day two at the request of the participant. Only those registered participants who attend Classified Industry Day will be eligible to also participate in one-on-one meetings. Due to space constraints, attendance to this Industry Day is limited to a maximum of three individuals per company (not three per organizational unit of the company). MITRE company policy requires that all visitors show proof of COVID-19 vaccine (actual vaccination card or a clear photo of the card) to enter a MITRE location. Face masks are required for all participants.� REGISTRATION INFORMATION: Pre-registration for the Classified Industry Day is required. To register, send your response via email to Ms. Louise Joy at louise.m.hartshornjoy.civ@us.navy.mil and Mr. Chris Rawlings at christopher.a.rawlings.civ@us.navy.mil no later than 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time on 17 August 2021. Upon registration the Government will provide confirmation and any additional logistical information to attendees via email.� QUESTIONS:�All questions (UNCLASSIFIED) are to be submitted to Ms. Louise Joy at louise.m.hartshornjoy.civ@us.navy.mil and Mr. Chris Rawlings at christopher.a.rawlings.civ@us.navy.mil. All questions submitted in advance will be shared during the Classified Industry Day Question and Answer (Q&A), with the originator kept anonymous. Although questions may be unclassified the responses will be provided if required up to the Secret level. The Government will make a determination prior to the Classified Industry Day on if and how Q&A�s will be posted prior to and after the event. No note taking will be allowed during the Classified Industry Day.� All material presented at the Classified Industry Day will not be provided nor posted before or after the event.� THIS ANNOUNCEMENT IS NOT TO BE CONSTRUED AS A COMMITMENT BY THE GOVERNMENT, NOR WILL THE GOVERNMENT PAY FOR ANY INFORMATION SOLICITED.
