Description

This project will upgrade the Raised Access Floor to meet load capacity in the computer rooms. All access floor panels shall be replaced with concrete core panels and upgrade the access flooring structure with new stringers to support a floor static design load of 2,500 pounds and a rolling load of 2,000 pounds with a basket weave stringer configuration. �Lifting of existing racks shall be required for the removal and installation of the raised access floor panels.� Clean the structural floor during floor replacement. �Work includes all installation of equipment, electrical supplies, connections, and testing, quality control and parts warranty.� This is a requirement of the DoD Core Data Center (CDC) reference architecture and CDC engineering standards. A site visit will be offered at the place of performance identified in the PWS for the Raised Floor Upgrade project, Data Center San Antonio, TX.� The site visit is scheduled for March 09,�2021 with two sessions, one at 9:00 am and another at 1230 pm �Central Time (CDT). Questions should be addressed to mark.e.kraft2.civ@mail.mil.� Please provide any questions, in writing, no later than� March 17, 2021 at 2:00pm (CST).� The Government reserves the right to not answer questions submitted after this time. Note: Amendment 0001 for this solicitation was posted and added in the attachment section. This corrects an administrative error within�tab 10 in the original solicitation to reflect a total small business setaside. Note: Amendment 0002 for this solicitation was posted and added in the attachment section. This amendement updates the preproposal site visit information to require that site visit forms be sent to the facility inbox at disa.jbsa.opa.mbx.facilities@mail.mil and�russel.c.harris4.civ@mail.mil. Note: Amendment 0003 for this solicitation was posted and added in the attachment section. This amendment adds the first round of Q&A and deletes DFARS clauses 252.204-7019, 252.204-7020 and 252.204-7021. The Q&A is included in the amendment and attached as a spreadsheet to this RFP. Note: Amendment 0004 for this solicitation was posted and added in the attachment section. This amendment adds the updated version of the Q&A spreadsheet related technical drawings/maps to the RFP. The proposal due date is extended from March 30, 2021 to April 07, 2021.� Note: Amendment 0005 for this solicitation extends the proposal due date from April 07, 2021 to April 15, 2021.� Note: Amendment 0006 for this solicitation was posted to update the PWS, revise appendices B&C, remove D and add I &J. The corrected Q&A spreadsheet is also being added. The proposal due date is extended from April 15, 2021 to April 20, 2021. Note: Amendment 0007 for this solicitation was posted to add CLIN 0002 for travel, update the PWS and RFP information. The proposal due date is exteded out to June 02, 2021.� Note: Amendment 0008 for this solicitation was posted to add the updated Q&A spreadsheet for rounds 1-3 only. There is no change to the proposal due date. Note: Amendment 0009 for this solicitation was posted to end discussions, request final proposal revisions and extend the proposal due date.
