- U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Arizona City:�� Flagstaff Delineated Area:� Coconino county (except where prohibited by Reservation territories) Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):� 5,233 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 6,396 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total):���� 10 Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Secured and/or Structured):��� 10 Parking Spaces (Reserved):�������� 0 Full Term:���� 15 years Firm Term:��� 10 years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements:��������� Surrounding and adjacent properties must be at the same grade level as the proposed DEA space. This includes (but not limited to) office buildings, warehouses, surface parking, and parking structures The following entities must not be collocated with DEA spaces. A. Federal, State, and local agencies whose primary clientele are involved in or have ties to criminal elements. B. Private firms whose primary clientele are involved in or have ties to criminal elements. C. Agencies providing probation and/or parole services D. Agencies providing drug abuse counseling/rehabilitation programs E. Agencies providing social services F. Halfway houses G. Residential units DEA building entrances/exits cannot be located within close proximity (minimum 1,000 walkable feet) of certain locations, which include but are not limited to: A. A Drug-free zone. B. Schools C. Areas where drug activities are prevalent. *DEA ISPS will make case-by-case determinations on leased space based on parameters outlined above. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
