- The U.S. Army Contracting Command � Rock Island (ACC-RI) hereby issues solicitationW52P1J-21-Q-ROOF for replacement of the roof on Building 34-910 at Pine Bluff Arsenal (PBA), in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW), Contract Data Requirements (CDRLs), and specifications contained in this solicitation. Contract award will be issued in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 � Acquisition of Commercial Items.� This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This requirement is 100% set aside for small business. The applicable NAICS code is 238160; the small business size standard is $16,500,000.00; and the Product Service Code (PSC) is Z2JZ. The Government intends to issue a firm-fixed price award (FFP) to the lowest price, responsive, and responsible vendor whose quote conforms to the solicitation requirements. Vendor will perform work required under this solicitation via FOB Destination at Pine Bluff Arsenal, postal address: 10020 Kabrich Circle Pine Bluff, Arkansas 71602-9500 The vendor shall complete all requirements within 90 days from Notice to Proceed (NTP) issuance. Refer to the attachments contained in this solicitation for additional details. Industry is encouraged to ask any and all questions to assist in delivering the best quote to the United States Government (USG). All questions shall be submitted via email to the points of contact listed in the solicitation document no later than 12:00 p.m. central time, Monday, August 2, 2021. Please include the solicitation number in the subject line. The USG reserves the right not to answer questions received after this deadline. All questions received and respective answers will be posted to the sam.gov website via an amendment to this solicitation. Amendment 0001 to solicitation W52P1J-21-Q-ROOF has been executed as of 27JUL2021. Amendment 0001 (including forms 190-5 and 190-17) can be found in the list of Attachments associated with this solicitation. �All questions shall be submitted via email to the points of contact listed in the solicitation document no later than 7:00 a.m. CT, Tuesday, August 10, 2021. Please include the solicitation number in the subject line. The USG reserves the right not to answer questions received after this deadline. All questions received and respective answers will be posted to the sam.gov website via an amendment to this solicitation.� The closing date of this solicitation is hereby extended one week. Quotes shall be received no later than 1:00 p.m. CT on Friday, August 13, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. Central Time. Amendment 0002 to solicitation W52P1J-21-Q-ROOF has been executed as of 11AUG2021. Amendment 0002 can be found in the list of Attachments associated with this solicitation. �The closing date of this solicitation is hereby extended.
