- The USDA-ARS DKI US PBARC Tropical Crop and Commodity Protection Research Unit requires one (1) metal building to be assembled. The building will be located at 64 Nowelo Street in Hilo, Hawaii and requires the construction of a 12x45�-2� concrete slab foundation and the installation of one (1) 12� x 45� government supplied prefabricated metal 4-sided structure.
