- Office and HVAC Renovation Main Bldg Somerville Pecan Station, Somerville Texas SITE VISIT COSNTRUCTION � Thursday, 5 August 2021 at 9:00am Central Time See Soliciation Section L6 for detailed information If you wish to attend the site visit please send an email to mark.buxkemper@usda.gov �and toinette.aranda@usda.gov and with the title �12805B21Q0426 Site Visit Registration� please include the name(s) of those attending, along with company information. Contractors must be registered to attend the site visit. If Contractors are not registered they will not be permitted on the site visit. The site visit registration deadline is 4 August 2021. DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Divide offices, replace HVAC, Upgrade to LED lighting, replace plumbing fixtures. PROJECT LOCATION: Somerville Pecan Station, College Station Texas CONTRACT PERFORMANCE PERIOD: The period of performance of this contract is 120 calendar days from Notice to Proceed. ��� Price Range is between $100,000 and $250,000. This solicitation is a total small business set aside.� Offerors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM). For those who fail to meet these requirements will not be considered for award. All questions pertaining to this solicitation must contain reference to the solicitation number and must be submitted, in writing via e-mail to both mark.buxkemper@usda.gov ��and toinette.aranda@usda.gov Availability of Funds Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government�s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer. This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract nor does it obligate the Government to pay for quote/proposal preparation costs.
