Description: Hill AFB desires to purchase a High Rail UTV with a Track Inspector and Gang Rail Car as accessories. �This equipment will be used to perform rail inspections and repairs. �This is a Polaris Ranger 1000 UTV, 4 door equipped with equipment capable of running on railroad tracks. �The Track inspector is attached to the UTV which provides critical information on track alignment and condition. �The Gang Rail Car is pulled behind to UTV to haul tools and parts. �
