- Subject requirement is for 12 EA rollers in accordance with the specifications within the RFQ and Attachment (A) - Hilman Roller Drawing 5-OT-21076.� Subject requirement is sole sourced to small business Hilman, Inc. In addition to Hilman, Inc. being the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of this requirement's roller, customized Hilman 21076-5-OT high capacity rollers are required for successful implementation of Norfolk Naval Shipyard's (NNSY) Conex Box Docking Station project. Hilman is easily able to provide a high capacity roller that meets all of the NNSY's needs by pulling features together from product lines that Hilman, Inc. Manufacturers.�����
