- AC-130 AXIAL PISTON PUMP UPGRADE AND REMANUFACTURE This is a synopsis of a proposed contract action in accordance with FAR 5.201. There is no solicitation available at this time. �This effort is to modify the current Parker-Hannifin enterprise contract, FA8109-18-D-0004, that was awarded April 6, 2018. The AC-130 Axial Piston Pumps will be added to the Parker Corporate Contract FA8109-18-D-0004 in base years 4 -5 and option 1 years 1 � 4. Current qualified source is Parker-Hannifin Corporation (Cage: 93835). All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. � � � � �12.� QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: Sources must be qualified prior to being considered for award. To be eligible for contract award, the offeror must be an approved source IAW FAR 52.209-1, Qualification Requirements. The Government is not required to delay contract award to review pending Source Approval Requests (SARs). Therefore, offerors are encouraged to submit SARs as soon as possible. If the Government has not completed review of a SAR when the contract is awarded, the SAR will be retained and the source will be reviewed as a possible source for future awards. � � � �13.� EXPORT CONTROL: N/A.
