W912NS21Q4026 � Plastic Blasting Media This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is W912NS21Q4026 and is issued as a request for quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-06. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 327910 - Abrasive Product Manufacturing with size standard of 750 employees. Product Service Code 5350 - Abrasive Materials. This requirement is a Total Small Business set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit a quote. The following commercial supplies are requested (see enclosed Purchase Description). Please utilize below Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) when submitting proposal. Please provide individual price as well as a total price for each CLIN, as well as a total bid price. CLIN 0001: Plastic Blast Media - 12,000 Pounds Delivery (FOB Destination 90 Days ARO) MO AVCRAD 5250 West Depot Road Springfield, MO 65803 Questions Deadline: Questions shall be electronically submitted by email to hediberto.roman.civ@mail.mil & craig.l.lueckenotto.civ@mail.mil utilizing the following subject: RFI W912NS21Q4026 ""Company Name"". All questions shall be submitted by 11:00 A.M./1100 Central Time on 24 August 2021 to be considered and answers will be posted as an amendment to this solicitation. Quote Submission Instructions: Offeror's Quotes shall be electronically submitted by email to hediberto.roman.civ@mail.mil & craig.l.lueckenotto.civ@mail.mil utilizing the following subject: QUOTE W912NS21Q4026 ""Company Name"". All quotes shall be submitted by 11:00 A.M./1100 Central Time on 27 August 2021. Please submit your quote on a Company Letter Head (include CAGE code) OR enclosed Purchase Description (not both). Offeror shall utilize the Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) when submitting Quote. Offeror's Quote shall ensure that their proposed product specifications fully meet the technical aspects of the RFQ and meet the 90 Day Delivery Requirement.
