Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-06. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION AND A SEPARATE SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. The solicitation number for this acquisition is 75F40121Q00060 and is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). Prospective Vendors are responsible for downloading the solicitation and any amendments from GSA e?buy. The Government reserves the right to award an order without discussions if the Contracting Officer determines that the initial offer is providing the Best Value and discussions are not necessary. The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Center for Drug Evaluation and Research (CDER), seeks to acquire a Bag Testing System with multi-unit additions to understand testing for leaks and overall integrity of various size single-use bags and single-use bioreactors pre-use and post-use in biotechnology manufacturing systems. The system shall be BRAND NAME OR EQUIVALENT to a Sartorius AG�s Sartocheck 4plus Bag Tester and Bag tester MultiUnit and consumables for continued research operations.
