Notice of Intent to Sole Source: STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW) Teradyne Software Support Agreement TPS Converter Studio Finland Purchase FLEET READINESS CENTER SOUTHEAST (FRCSE) JACKSONVILLE, FL 1.0 Background: This requirement is for software maintenance support for the TPS Converter Studio (TCS) software. This software is necessary to convert digital test data from legacy Consolidated Automated Support Systems (CASS) Test Program Sets (TPSs) to work with Teradyne�s M9 and Di-050 series digital instrumentation that are part of Reconfigurable Transportable Consolidated Automated Support Systems (RTCASS) and electronic Consolidated Automated Support Systems (eCASS), respectively. This software is required by CASS Family software support sites when generating RTCASS or eCASS TPS executable code. 2.0 Scope of Work: The contractor shall grant use (NOT OWNERSHIP) to FRCSE for the TPS Converter Studio Finland software. Contractor shall provide telephone support with software upgrades provided at no additional cost during the Contractor shall provide telephone support with software upgrades provided at no additional cost during the hours specified in section 2.1. The Contractor shall inform (FRCSE) as to the nature of the support services not being rendered as well as the reason why it is not covered in the maintenance agreement, and the anticipated cost of the service not covered. Support services performed outside of the maintenance agreement shall be contracted on a separate purchase order. 2.1 Support: The Contractor shall provide software support for the items below: Telephone support between the hours of 0600-1430 (local time), Monday through Friday excluding federal holiday�s response time less than (2) hours. Coverage begins 6 weeks after shipment or upon installation, whichever occurs first. **Annual Coverage [per system] Includes: � Response time less than 2 hours (telephone) � Phone Support/1-800-TERADYNE or local regional support office (Europe and Asia) available during normal business hours � *eKnowledge access � Software Releases � Free Software License Key Transfers � Remote Diagnostics (if available) * With the purchase of an SSA you will be eligible for an eKnowledge account. eKnowledge is Teradynes 24/7 support website.
