- Description
- The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Medical Center located in Lexington, Kentucky, intends to issue solicitation 15B10921Q00000011 for the requirements of: QUARTERLY DAIRY ITEMS.� This solicitation is a 100% Small Business set?aside.� The NAICS code for this solicitation is 311511, Fluid Milk Manufacturing.� This shall be a requirements type contract with firm fixed pricing.� Delivery dates will be TWICE�weekly between October 1, 2021 � December 31, 2021.� Deliveries will be made to: Federal Medical Center Lexington, 3301 Leestown Road, Lexington, KY, 40511.� The Government reserves the right to make single or multiple awards based on best value.� The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose quote, conforming to the solicitation, is most advantageous to the government based on best value.� Best value will be determined by evaluating each quotation for one or more of the following: price, past performance, quality, comparison with other offers, and administrative cost.� Each vendor is required to be registered in�www.SAM.gov, complete with representations and certifications.� The solicitation will be made available on or about August 11, 2021, and will be posted to: http://www.SAM.gov.� All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed through this site.� Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to insure they have the most up-to-date information about this solicitation.� The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is August 26, 2021; however, this is a projected estimate and offerors should refer to Page 1 of the solicitation (Block #8) for the actual date quotations are due.� Payment will be made using Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) or purchase card.� The point of contact for all information regarding this solicitation is Elizabeth Booker, Contract Specialist.� Completed offers may be mailed to the address above, or e-mailed to bbooker@bop.gov.� The anticipated award date is September 21, 2021.� The only format in which questions will be answered is by e-mail (no phone calls please).� Faith Based and Community Based Organizations have the right to submit offers/bids equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible.�
