Description: The Government is interested in experienced personnel providing mentorship and training services (e.g., paired programming) to upscale detachment personnel to develop the Government�s skill base.� The Government is most interested in the market�s ability to partner with the Air Force (AF) Kessel Run activity to provide enablement services based on continuous skills assessments of Kessel Run personnel to target areas of greatest need.�
