Description

PWD Utilities Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to provide construction services with minimal design requirement for new major or minor construction, facility and utility system assessment, repair, rehabilitation, and alteration for a broad range of renovation and construction work. When specified, design services related to construction may be required. The contractor must be able to perform multiple task orders in multiple locations simultaneously. Work to be located at Naval Air Station, Jacksonville, Florida and surrounding areas. Wage determinations, bonding requirements, periods of performance, statements of work, performance locations, payment offices, and invoicing Instructions will be cited on each Firm-Fixed Price Task Order. This resulted in a direct 8(a) sole source contract in accordance with DFARS 252.219-7009 with a value not to exceed $4,500,000.00 or five years, whichever occurs first.
