Description

ACC-APG-Research Triangle Park intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13-5, ""Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements"" based on unique supplies or services available from only one or a limited number of sources or from only one or a limited number of suppliers with unique capabilities to satisfying the Government requirements. Based on the above, the Government intends to solicit, negotiate and award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract with The Capital Factory, 701 Brazos St, Austin, TX 78701 for:� Workspace Membership Subscription not to exceed 65 personnel, that shall provide access to no less than 50,000 square feet of co-working space; conference rooms; technological innovation, development and acceleratefocused events. Located in Austin, Texas within close proximity to HQ, Army Futures Command in postal zip code area 78701.� This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, any responsible source who believes it is capable of meeting the requirement may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency, only if received by the closing date and time of this notice. A determination not to compete the proposed requirement based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.� Responses to this notice are due on or before 07/18/2021 by 11:59 PM local time, Raleigh, North Carolina, USA
