Description

The Bureau of Fiscal Service (Fiscal Service), on behalf of the Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration (TIGTA) intends to make award to City of New York dba: MTA Bridges and Tunnel, 2 Broadway BSMT B, New York, NY� 10004-3354, on a sole source basis, under authority of FAR 6.302-1, for E-Z Pass prepaid toll services.� City of New York dba: MTA Bridges and Tunnel has been identified as the only source capable of providing the E-Z Pass prepaid toll services that suits the needs of the TIGTA. TIGTA requires E-Z Pass prepaid toll services to be used for government owned vehicles on official business.� E-Z Pass is the only provider of these prepaid toll services for the New York area. No solicitation package will be issued.� This notice is not a request for competitive quotations; however, the Government will consider responses received by no later than 10:00 am (EST) on August 31, 2021. Responses shall be submitted electronically to Purchasing@fiscal.treasury.gov, Attn: KZ/ED. Responses must be supported with clear and convincing evidence to clearly be able to provide the services outlined in this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.� Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
