Description

The Arkansas Army National Gurad intends to award a Firm Fixed-Price, sole source delivery order to COSMED USA, Inc., a small business GSA contract holder, under authority of FAR 6.302-1 and?FAR 13.106-1(b)(1): For purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold (SAT), only one source reasonably available, urgency, exclusive licensing agreements, brand name, or industrial mobilization, for the purchase of one (1) Bod Pod GS-X, Workstation, and all accessories. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is�339920 - Sports and Fitness Manufacturing. The size standard for this NAICS code is�750 employees.� This notice is not a request for competitive quotes. Responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. �Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. �No telephonic inquires will be honored. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.� The Arkansas Army national Gurad intends to make a sole source award on or about 25/August/2021 to COSMED USA, Inc., 1850 Bates Ave Concord, California 94520.
