---AMENDMENT 1: Remove small business set-aside--- ---AMENDMENT 2: Extend RFQ due date to 8/17/2021--- ---AMENDMENT 3: Post question and answer--- ***Please see attachement for quantities and complete details** Background/Overview: The Santa Cruz Laboratory requires the pickup and disposal of hazardous materials used in their scientific labs. Hazardous materials are commonly used in the scientific labs on site to facilitate project specific experiments and other day-to-day scientific work. The hazardous materials must be disposed of properly in accordance with federal and local state laws. Scope of Work The contractor shall prepare and maintain hazardous chemical removal preparation for quarterly pickup on a monthly basis. The contractor shall properly dispose of all hazardous waste at the Santa Cruz Laboratory on a quarterly basis through the period of performance. Tasks Task 1: Prepare hazardous waste for pickup and removal on a monthly basis. Task 2: Pickup and removal of the hazardous waste on-site at the Santa Cruz Laboratory in accordance with federal and local state laws.
