Description

The requirement is to construct a Visitor's Center building in support of the National Guard Bureau (NGB) at the Herbert R. Temple Jr. Army National�Guard Readiness Center (TARC) at 111 South George Mason�Drive, Arlington, Virginia. The project will involve work in the�civil, architectural, security, structural, plumbing, mechanical, and�electrical disciplines. NGB plans to construct a Visitors Center building in�the fence line of the installation. The Period of Performance will be 425�calendar days from the initial Notice to Proceed (NTP) to complete the�project. The estimated magnitude of construction is between $1M and $5M.
